The property was beautifully designed and felt so homely - we were welcomed with snacks on the table and even had towels available for our use. the master bedroom was stunning, and the hot tub with a TV was a fantastic bonus. As a single mum traveling with my teenage twins and our dog, I appreciated the luxurious accommodation and pet-friendly policy. the building's history was evident in the respectful attention to original features, and the cleanliness throughout was exceptional. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were beautiful. the hosts were attentive, yet allowed us our privacy. the location, close to Lake Windermere and within easy reach of Carlisle Lake District, made it a perfect choice for us. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return for a longer visit in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and pet-friendly getaway.
